Training / Development Workshops - A Formula That Really Works

The workshops are designed to reach the different learning styles of adults. Each class will have a segment of presentation, short videos, a little bit of writing to lock in the learning, and various hands on activities to really nail down the theories.

The point that makes this training different from all others is that we focus on  the different learning styles that allow adult learners to grasp concepts  and put them into practice immediately.

  • Visual
  • Audible
  • Kinesthetic
  • Tactile

When these four styles are incorporated into the lessons, there is a greater opportunity for ideas and theories to be understood by all in a shorter amount of time.

The activity portion of the classes will be centered around real time processes in your business. Because we teach to act and change behavior from the start, your employees will be adapting skills that will lead to a lifetime of process waste reduction, which means your company will receive long term benefits with short term investments, and lifetime rewards with minimal effort.

Once you unleash your employee's hidden talents they will reward you with one clever idea after another, and help to take your business to the next level. Your business will be bursting with new ideas from day one.

All businesses are not the same. Neither are they at the same progressive step in their growth journey. For that reason, training must be customized to fit your needs.
